About the Role
REVOLUTION COLLISION GRANDE PRAIRIE LTD. is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day activities of our administrative team.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
Main Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operation
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Oversee the preparation of reports and presentations
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
Working Conditions
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
