We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mr. Hans Freight Ltd.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent full-time position, working 32-40 hours per week.
  • The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in an office administration role.
  • Duties will include arranging seminars and conferences, recording meeting minutes, establishing office procedures, planning recruitment strategies, and providing customer service.
  • Fluency in English is required, with strong communication and organizational skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Provide customer service and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least one year of experience in an office administration role.
  • Fluency in English.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Working hours: 32-40 hours per week.
  • Salary: Estimated $45,000-$65,000 per annum.
