About the Job

This is a full-time role that requires the candidate to work on-site at our physical location. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to our team.

We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to fill this role. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing other tasks as required.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a similar role.
