We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our office operations at beBee Professionals in Grande Prairie.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Organize and coordinate appointments and meetings for the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management using MS Office applications.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
