Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of TEEMA. As a Sales Director for Northern California Territory, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the Northern California territory.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Channel, and Business Development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  3. Previous experience in selling managed security services is highly desirable.
  4. A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
