Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description
This key role involves working closely with the general manager, sales team, and store managers to plan and implement sales development initiatives. You will be accountable for achieving sales objectives, promoting NAPA marketing programs, recruiting and developing sales teams, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need 5 years of experience in sales management, leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM's, and post-secondary education in business or a related field. Experience in the automotive field is an asset.
