Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Executive Director of North America Operations to oversee our North American business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing P&L, overseeing B2C and B2B operations, warehouse management, personnel, and logistics. Your duties will include:
- Recruiting and managing sales managers for each city and business
- Managing the Canada office operations in Toronto
- Ensuring overall profit and loss in North America
- Making strategic decisions to resolve operational challenges
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Over 15 years of experience in senior management, preferably in B2C and B2B companies
- Proven track record in managing sales, customer service, logistics, warehouse, technicians/mechanics
- Experience in building and growing businesses, with a strong sense of ownership and confidence
- Able to inspire and influence managers and direct employees to drive productivity and revenue growth
- Reside in Toronto or plan to relocate prior to employment
