Director of Business Development

Knewsales Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Business Development. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses successfully, with 5+ years of experience in business development management. They will be able to evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.

A background in direct sales and non-profit organizations is essential, along with hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls. The successful candidate will also be able to travel across multiple provinces and locations, making sales projections and forecasting revenue.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus uncapped commission up to a total of $300,000. You will work directly with our leadership and executive team, creating and seeing the impact of your work. You will also expand your network to both sales and non-profit organizations, and have access to health and dental benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business development management experience
