Job Description: As a Payroll Benefits Specialist at Pantos Logistics Canada Inc., you will play a vital role in managing the company's payroll and benefits administration. Key responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll for over 200 employees, generating T4, T4A, and RL-1 slips, and preparing annual returns and filings. You will also oversee and administer group benefit programs, including health insurance and RRSPs, while acting as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or Payroll, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing the full payroll cycle using ADP and administering group benefits and RRSPs. Sound knowledge of legislation relevant to employment practices and payroll administration is essential.
