**Description of the Role**: As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our dynamic team. The Compensation and Benefits Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that aligns with Banyans objectives and supports our extremely talented workforce across multiple global locations. Reporting into our Chief People Officer, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, collaborating with key stakeholders to design a competitive and equitable compensation program.

**Reporting to**: Chief People Officer

**Compensation Strategy and Analysis**:

- Develop and implement a competitive, global compensation strategy which retains and addresses fair and equal pay practices.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the competitiveness of our compensation packages.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align compensation programs with business goals.
- Oversee the design, communication, and administration of global employee benefit programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the benefits portfolio to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
- Manage our international mobility compensation programs, including expatriate allowances, and relocation packages in tandem with HR and TA.
- Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and legal teams to ensure compliance with tax and immigration regulations.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to HQ leaders based on market trends and internal data.
- Evaluate potential Operating Companies that are pre-purchase to give a compensation scorecard and recommendations to our M&A team.
- Develop and update compensation and benefits policies in accordance with our Legal Department and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively communicate policies clearly to employees and ensure understanding across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, internationally preferably within the private equity industry.
- Strong understanding of global compensation practices and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
