**The Opportunity**

The Sales Compensation Administrator is responsible for managing and administering the sales compensation program within the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that sales representatives are compensated accurately and in a timely manner. The Sales Compensation Administrator will work as a member of the finance team and serve as a partner to the Go-To-Marker organization as well as HR.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Compensation Plan Management: Develop (in conjunction with sales leadership), implement, and maintain sales compensation plans in accordance with company policies and objectives.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to track and assess sales representatives' performance against their compensation plans.
- Calculation and Payout: Accurately calculate and process sales commissions and bonuses in a timely manner, ensuring payments are made correctly and on schedule.
- Communication: Effectively communicate changes to compensation plans, targets, and related policies to the sales team.
- Dispute Resolution: With HR’s partnership, handle and resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to sales compensation with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales performance data and compensation-related documents.
- Reporting: Generate and provide regular reports on sales compensation performance and trends to management and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure that all compensation practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including tax and labor laws.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales compensation program.
- Review and confirmed financial information in the order form is corrected before signature stage, which include:

- Validate ARR in new contract (if it’s existing customer, highlight changes to the sales team)
- Validate dates in the contract (start date, end date, renewal dates etc, to avoid abnormal terms such as 13 months or 11 months contracts)
- Validate payment information (Billing Contact, payment term, billings schedule etc)
- Validate language associated with withholding tax
- Validate language on opt-in and opt-out and highlight potential impact to revenue to finance controller

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in sales compensation administration, HRIS, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in using compensation management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of sales and incentive compensation best practices.
- Understanding of relevant legal and tax regulations related to compensation.
- Certification in compensation or related field (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional).
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.
