Executive Culinary Director

**Job Title:** Executive Culinary Director
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all culinary aspects of our restaurants, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. A successful Executive Culinary Director must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervise and train a team of chefs and cooks to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
**Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
