Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Instruct kitchen staff on preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
  • Prepare and cook complete meals for events and special functions
  • Plan menus that meet quality and dietary standards
  • Supervise and train sous-chefs, specialist chefs, and cooks
Requirements
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
