Job Summary:

The Bridge Bistro is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen staff and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
