About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Manager to join our team at LOAF ITALIAN RESTAURANT.

Job Summary

The Executive Culinary Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Culinary Leadership
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and Italian cuisine
    • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food production
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Prepare and present dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies
    • Ensure timely and efficient food service during peak hours

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
