Executive Culinary Specialist

Himalayan Spice Bistro Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase the flavors of the Himalayas, working closely with the head chef to ensure dishes meet quality standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Estimate costs and quantities of supplies and food items, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Kitchen Supervision: Oversee the work of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, with a proven track record of menu planning, supply chain management, and staff development. They will be passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences and driving business growth.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
