Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Door/Valet Attendant to join our team at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. As a Door/Valet Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist arriving and departing guests with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Provide valet services for guest vehicles, ensuring their safety and security
  • Promote our hotel's facilities and services to guests, highlighting the unique experiences we offer
  • Stay up-to-date on all guest-related activities and events within the hotel and surrounding area

Requirements:

  • Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean abstract
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
  • Knowledge of the Whistler area is an asset
