About the RoleWe are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to join our team at Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm and personalized welcome from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, greeting each guest by name and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Provide guests with a hotel orientation, highlighting the resort's amenities and services.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for 8 hours per shift and lift/push at least 50lbs.
