About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, attentive, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Greet arriving and departing guests with genuine hospitality and recognition
  • Utilize our guest recognition system to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Develop connections with guests, gather feedback, and actively seek solutions to resolve problems
  • Verify arrival and departure details, arrange luggage handling, transportation, and other services requested by guests
  • Prepare and double-check guest arrivals, including welcome packages and correct room assignments
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Requirements
  • Previous Front Office experience in a luxury hotel setting
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written, oral, and speaking)
  • Ability to work in Canada

Work Environment

Our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and we expect our service staff to be flexible in working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
