About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and vehicle transportation.
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the resort and its amenities.
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Class 5 BC Driver's license required.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift 20+ pounds.
