Job Title: Guest Services Ambassador

At Executive Suites Hotel and Resort Squamish, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in and out of the hotel in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guest needs are met
  • Working closely with fellow colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and courteous demeanor
  • Highly responsible and reliable with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and provide excellent service to guests
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
