About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Greet arriving and departing guests, providing genuine hospitality and recognition.
  • Utilize our proprietary technology to maximize guest recognition and satisfaction.
  • Develop connections with guests, gather feedback, and actively seek solutions to resolve problems.
  • Verify arrival and departure details, arrange luggage handling, transportation, and other services requested by guests.
  • Prepare and double-check guest arrivals, including welcome packages and correct room assignments.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving customer complaints.

About You:

  • Previous front office experience in a luxury hotel setting is required.
  • Excellent customer service experience and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written, oral, and speaking). Additional languages are an asset.
  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule and Hours:

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and require our service staff to be flexible in working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
