About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to join our team at Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm and personalized welcome from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, greeting each guest by name and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, as well as provide assistance with luggage storage and retrieval.
  • Offer hotel orientations and provide guests with information about our resort and local area.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
