About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Greet arriving and departing guests, providing genuine hospitality and recognition.
- Utilize our proprietary technology to maximize guest recognition and satisfaction.
- Develop connections with guests, gather feedback, and actively seek solutions to resolve problems.
- Verify arrival and departure details, arrange luggage handling, transportation, and other services requested by guests.
- Prepare and double-check guest arrivals, including welcome packages and correct room assignments.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving customer complaints.
About You:
- Previous front office experience in a luxury hotel setting is required.
- Excellent customer service experience and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, oral, and speaking). Additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to work in Canada.
