About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, attentive, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Greet arriving and departing guests with genuine hospitality and recognition
- Utilize our guest recognition system to maximize guest satisfaction
- Develop connections with guests, gather feedback, and actively seek solutions to resolve problems
- Verify arrival and departure details, arrange luggage handling, transportation, and other services requested by guests
- Prepare and double-check guest arrivals, including welcome packages and correct room assignments
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Previous Front Office experience in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, oral, and speaking)
- Ability to work in Canada
