We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HAMPTON INN, BROCKVILLE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

Job Summary:

  • Assist with managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing paperwork
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail
