We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Hampton Inn, Brockville. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the hotel operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the office.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective
- Delegate work to office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, payroll administration, and record-keeping
- Administer policies and procedures related to government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management)
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
