Pricing Coordinator

Daltco Electric, Eastern Ontario’s largest independent electrical, lighting, and automation distributor has an opening for a self-motivated individual to join our team in our Brockville location.
**Pricing Coordinator**
This position requires a highly motivated, detail orientated individual with intermediate Excel abilities that thrives in a team environment. You will be responsible for the management of Customer specific pricing policies and work with our valued suppliers on Customer related chargebacks and rebates. You will play a critical role in driving profitability, optimizing revenue, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. You will work closely with cross-function teams to ensure our pricing aligns with our customers’ needs and the value we provide.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and suppliers to maintain customer and update pricing profiles.
- Monthly processing and reconciliation of supplier rebates and chargebacks from Special Pricing Agreements (SPA’s).
- Monitor, review, and update pricing matrix, naming conventions, and pricing hierarchies.
- Update and distribute accurate customer price books.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pricing policies and guidelines.
- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers and other team members.
- Create and distribute a variety of reports to multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate notifications and status of Customer SPA’s and other pricing tools to others in the organization.
Education and Skill requirements:
- Post Secondary Diploma in Database, Business or Accounting Administration.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skillset is a must.
- 2 years + experience in a similar or equivalent role.
- Experience in the electrical distribution market would be an asset.
- Strong time management skills and can work to tight deadlines.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage customer and supplier relationships and expectations.
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset to deliver value to the customer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
