Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and edit various forms of correspondence such as letters, invoices, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a point of contact for staff, clients, and the public, addressing questions, concerns, or suggestions.
- Coordinate project activities as assigned by the project manager, including liaising with field staff, attending job site meetings, and ordering materials, tools, and equipment.
- Provide administrative assistance to project managers, including work order creation, contract documentation, and issuance of permits.
- Assist with tracking and administering change orders, maintaining communication with customers, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor and report on job billing status and job report status monthly, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing electronically.
- Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to various individuals.
- Arrange travel bookings and manage incurred expenses.
- Assist with jobsite administration duties, such as timesheet completion and daily logs maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- Help supervisors adjust working schedules to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Diploma, preferably construction related.

Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: $21.00-$32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
