Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on location and experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced account growth specialist to manage existing accounts, drive growth, and ensure the success of key projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industries. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage account profitability, plan for strategic growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Oversee key client relationships within our retail segment, reporting to the Director of Retail Sales.
  • Provide monthly performance reports to the Director of Retail Sales and Retail Business Unit Manager, highlighting current business, inventory health, demand and supply fluctuations, and contract statuses.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to maximize profitability and service levels.
  • Become accountable for the strategic plan by thorough monitoring of account performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure account objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in account management, ideally in the food, manufacturing, or private-label industries.
  • A degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in project management and team leadership (an asset).
