Job Summary

Foson Stone is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the customer service team to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop customer service representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and integrated experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
