Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, supervision, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance and achieve team goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service delivery and team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in customer service, supervision, and team management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
