Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Recruit and hire new team members to ensure that our team is adequately staffed.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our team has the necessary resources to complete tasks.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Work Environment: Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. We require our team members to be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
