Financial Planning Expert for Operations Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Allianz Partners. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring operations costs and analyzing financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinating the operations planning dialogue (PD) and providing cost reporting and forecasting.
- Developing and executing comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational targets and creating concrete budgets for budget owners.
- Establishing and maintaining financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure policy compliance.
- Conducting financial analyses to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management or financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerBI.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
