Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Our company is committed to delivering a Higher Level of Reliability through our comprehensive range of services, including inspection, traditional and advanced NDE/NDT, failure analysis, rope access, materials engineering, field engineering, reliability engineering, drones, robotics, V-Deck and condition-based monitoring services.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee administrative staff
  • Monitor and manage administrator timelines for payroll and invoicing
  • Regularly review and develop administrative processes to ensure best practices
  • Work closely with the Controller to optimize standardization
  • Manage 3rd party invoicing portals and provide support and training as needed
Requirements
  • University or post-secondary degree or diploma with focus on Accounting
  • Professional Accounting Designation or working toward one of the following CA, CMA, CGA, or CPA
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant progressive experience in the industrial or commercial sector, and preferably in a unionized environment
  • Experience working in a publicly traded company is an asset
