Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial and clerical duties related to accounts payable transactions, including reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests.
  • Identify and clarify unusual invoice items and ensure accurate sorting, coding, and matching of invoices.
  • Generate cheques and EFTs for supplier payments and enter invoices into our system.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare analysis of accounts.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, and correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and a good command of the English language.
  • A fast learner, well-organized, detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
  • Team-oriented with experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize duties, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping aspects of AP and proficiency with MS Office, with experience in MS Dynamics GP being an asset.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
