The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience in the insurance and/or financial industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of mutual fund/investment products.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $47,000-$54,600 per year, subject to working experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, successful candidates can expect to enjoy a range of benefits, including group extended health & dental benefit plan, group life insurance, group retirement savings plan matching, critical illness insurance, and course subsidy program.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate with clients via telephone calls and emails in a timely manner, and provide support to Financial Advisors' clients or related parties who require contact.
  • Arrange appointments, prepare related documents (e.g., Advisor Disclosure Form) for Financial Advisors' client meetings, and coordinate room bookings and other facilities arrangements.
  • Support Financial Advisors in filling out application forms for clients, ensuring compliance paperwork is up-to-date, and handling all Financial Advisors' pending cases.
  • Assist in opening mutual fund accounts, switching funds for clients, preparing account review meetings, and generating product pages from the company CRM system.
  • Maintain proper filing for internal and external correspondence related to Financial Advisors' clients and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Qualifications:**

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Two years of relevant experience in the insurance and/or financial industry.
  • Knowledge of mutual fund/investment products.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive personality and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
