Job Description

At Allianz Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in the US.

About the Role

  • This position involves optimizing financial management processes across all Lines of Business (LOBs) in the organization.
  • You will drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • As a key financial advisor to Operations management, you will collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM), FP&A, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Operations costs, analyze financial performance, coordinate the Operations Planning Dialogue (PD), and provide cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Drive automation of data collection and reporting, ensuring integration with the Finance department.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational targets, creating concrete budgets for budget owners.
  • Establish and maintain financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure policy compliance.
  • Conduct financial analyses to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring financial health.
  • Manage external audits, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workforce Management or Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Understanding of capacity planning.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerBI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and effectively collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar financial software is preferred.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
