Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities- Office Administration:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages;
- Answer electronic enquiries;
- Compile data, statistics, and other information;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Communication:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Able to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment;
- Work under pressure;
- Tight deadlines;
- Attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
