About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Holy Smoke. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily office operations, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee payroll administration, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high precision and speed.
  • Recruit and hire workers, conducting related staffing actions and supporting talent acquisition efforts.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including financial record-keeping and reporting.

What We Offer
