Job SummaryThe Human Resources Vice-President will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our human resources strategy, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to make a meaningful impact on our company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop solutions
- Employee Engagement and Development
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
- Organizational Development
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies to drive business growth and success
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Manage the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Computer and Technology Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software
