Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Co-op to join our team at CIMA+ Kitchener office.

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
  • Receive and distribute courier and mail deliveries.
  • Answer telephone calls and screen or forward calls as appropriate.
  • Manage and maintain a presentable reception area.
  • Arrange and schedule conference rooms for meetings, including ordering lunches and preparing beverages as required.
  • Manage parking passes and security fobs.
  • Help manage daily staff workstation location allotment.
General Office Administration
  • Keep all coffee areas and kitchen areas stocked and clean.
  • Order supplies through external companies.
  • Perform word processing tasks including letters, memos, and formatting engineering specifications.
  • Complete various clerical duties including petty cash management and processing invoices to the finance department.

We value applicants with a positive demeanor, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in computer software applications, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to manage priorities are also essential.

The salary for this position will depend on your academic program, number of credits earned, and previous co-op or internship experience.

Please note that our co-op and internship opportunities are offered to individuals currently enrolled in a program at an educational institution.
