Job Summary

VIP Vape is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters
  • Oversee payroll administration and benefits
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
