Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our EarlyON program in Waterloo Region. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the EarlyON team, including data entry, filing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the EarlyON team, including data entry, filing, and customer service.
  • Support the maintenance of a systematic and organized filing system and archiving system for the EarlyON program.
  • Provide support with group sessions/workshop presentations and networking meetings, including note taking, room bookings, and Zoom channel bookings.
  • Attend workshops, trainings, conferences, and staff meetings as required.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Completion of Community College Diploma in a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of related experience required, or technical training or a combination of education and experience.
  • Superior customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computers, iPad, and Zoom platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain strong confidentiality as the position handles sensitive information.
  • Strong understanding of the KEyON data entry system is an asset.
  • Acceptable Police Check for Vulnerable Sector or willingness to obtain at own cost.
