Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Conduct research and provide information to support business decisions.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents, maintaining a well-organized and secure filing system.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including data entry and research.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software.
