We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Plan Group. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and implementing schedules for electrical and/or mechanical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain electrical and/or mechanical construction schedules.
- Develop commissioning schedules.
- Create work breakdown structures.
- Develop Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
- Review critical path, cost loading, schedule content.
- Identify relationships, constraints, and milestones with project work schedules.
- Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.
- QA/QC review of schedule submissions for conformance.
- Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.
- Participate in site reviews and project kick-off meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma as Electrical Technician/Electrical Technologist, or Journeyman License in Electrical, Plumbing, or Sheetmetal is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Construction Scheduler.
