As a key member of our QC Royalmount laboratory team, you will provide ongoing administrative support and identify opportunities for improvement in administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt of test samples at the laboratory
  • Enter results into LIMS of external laboratories
  • Communicate with various internal and external customers/suppliers/laboratories
  • Send samples to external laboratories
  • Responsible for archiving and filing analysis documents
  • Responsible for managing laboratory notebooks
  • Manage office supplies inventories and prepare orders
  • Develop and use Excel spreadsheets/databases
