Job Overview

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including responding to emails, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, customer information, and company documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
