We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Dusty Property Management - Handyman Services. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative services and supporting the overall operations of our organization.

About the Role:

The Administrative Services Coordinator will serve as a liaison between our management team and various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow. This role involves coordinating daily operations, managing office supplies, maintaining records, and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and handling correspondence
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as required
  • Assist with payroll administration, including processing employee information and generating reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing Microsoft Office software and other tools as needed
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and external parties to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high-quality work standards
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in a property management or related field, is an asset. Additionally, proficiency in Google Docs, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat Reader would be beneficial.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and local market conditions.
