Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Technician to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our client, a shipping agency in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter data for Canadian and American customs and for issuing bills of lading (Bill of Lading)
- Enter data relating to financial transactions (bank deposit, electronic funds transfer, foreign currency change) into the software
- Prepare files for invoicing, check that we have all the invoices and validate the accuracy of each of them
- Prepare and maintain various documents and forms up to date
- Various related administrative tasks such as responding to emails, providing certain follow-ups to clients, sending mail, etc.
- DEP or AEC in administration or any other related discipline
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of English essential
- Relevant experience (asset)
- Permanent position 40 hours/week. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
